Why Orkut?????

So what are social networking site: First of all you dont know you are a loser… now that you know, lemme tell you these sites are the newest way to make friends. Of these the popular ones are Face-Book which is for students, My Space which has over 50 million people, Orkut with a millon babes and Freindster which got kinda gay, so I will focus on the Orkut.

Why Orkut??Orkut is an online community designed to make your social life more active and stimulating. orkut's social network can help you maintain existing relationships with pictures and messages, and establish new ones by reaching out to people you've never met before and also may not meet in future.Still some current of excitement drives us.What is that???I need to figure this out someday .

Orkut makes it easy to find people who share your hobbies and interests, look for romantic connections or establish new business contacts. You can also create and join a wide variety of online communities to discuss current events, reconnect with old school mates or even exchange your favorite recipes. In other words we get to find unknown virtual friends with common interest and mindset.

Here sometime some says those who are really lone in life are the only one who are very frequent in Orkut.Is it correct???I would say it's not correct to measure it like this.Yeah sometime when we feel lonely outta our comfort zone we feel like talking withour virtual friends and try to refresh ourselves.Still i feel this only one side of the coin.

So what we really do here in orkut....???what we really expect here?????Sometime we really get to see big bad things happening out in orkut.Like someone hacking someone's account and mis-using it to the max by sending lewd scraps,etc,etc.And beside big time flirting with unknown virtual people (many a time gays comes with female pic acting like some lesbo..aah....pathetic realy,,,) and sex chat... we do many other things that is useful to us .Now its upto us to efficiently use them… make technology ur slave and not the other way round and then it always has its limitations.Yes to think of it, Orkut keeps me informed. Apart from those "good morning" "have a nice day" "lmao" "hi" "bye" messages, I sometimes do get good links, good news and well bad neways…and the general whats going on in chennai and other places too…

In other words Orkut is decent fun. But then I know, its kinda dumb to be a cyber coolie and sit in front of a computer to have some lame fun like teasing a guy who just dropped a pick up line on one girls scrap/thread in a forum and stuff… Ah! you think… But it happens.
